AI-Powered Client Assistant for a Tax Advisory Firm

Tax advisors at the firm were spending significant time on two things that did not need a tax advisor: answering routine questions about UAE Corporate Tax, and scheduling appointments by hand. Both are necessary. Neither is the work clients actually pay for.
What we built
Our team built a WhatsApp-based AI assistant. It handles common client questions, books appointments directly, and supports multiple languages, which matters for a client base that does not all operate in English. The advisors stay in the loop for anything that needs judgement, and the assistant absorbs the volume that does not.
What changed
The assistant handled more than 500 customer interactions and booked over 16 meetings automatically, with a success rate between 75 and 83 percent on the queries it took. The firm did not replace its advisors. It stopped paying them to do reception work, and freed them for the advisory conversations that grow the business.
